With 20 years experience in global organisations, I understand what organisations want from their people. I run a Coaching and Communication consultancy, which specialises in helping people become the best version of themselves.

My background of Human Resources combined with Executive Coaching works well, as I can also advise on the legality of a situation. I act as a mentor and coach getting individuals to think through situations and work with them on their communication skills and impact so that they get the best results. I challenge beliefs and values acting as a mirror so that they can clearly see who they are and how they are being. I help people achieve clarity and an enthusiasm for their future - which leads them to make better decisions, giving an all round benefit for both the individual and the organisation.
